Ventimiglia Market, Italy

An hour and a half drive away, just over the Italian border lies the town of Ventimiglia.

This small town is worth visiting on a Friday morning when it holds, allegedly, the largest open air market in Europe where it sells everything from table cloths to leather wear, Italian delicacies to souvenirs. It is also well known for the cheapness of its alcohol.
